Discovery Aviation Academy is in search of driven, student-focused Flight Instructors to join its team.

Responsibilities

Responsible to the Chief Flight Instructor (CFI), Flight Instructors provide ground and in-flight instruction to students. The position may also entail leading ground school classes and other duties assigned by the CFI.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Class 2 Instructor Rating (or Class 3 with ability to upgrade);

College aviation diploma;

Excellent oral and written communications skills in English;

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;

Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast paced environment;

Creative and a willingness to help grow DAA to become an industry leader in training.
