On 26 November 2011, Maximum Altitude travelled down to the Boeing Factory in Everett. An early morning breakfast gathering warmed up our bodies, filling up our energy for the factory tour.
The assembly lines were spectacular! It was a fairly close up view of the newest modern big O' jets on the assembly lines - B747-8, B777-300ER, and B787-8. Following the tour is a visit to the Gallery and Exhibition hall, where displays and facts were available for viewing. A few of us also stayed behind for some great plane spotting! It was absolutely a pleasurable weekend, especially when some of us did some Black Friday Weekend shopping on the way back!
