Job Description:

The Operations Coordinator proactively plans and schedules projects. This requires interacting with a myriad of outside agencies and organizations as well as making sure the company’s key personnel are available, as needed. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the situational awareness of all Regional 1 aircrafts and crews, within an operational day, while maintaining and monitoring crew duty times, aircraft utilization rates and relaying information throughout the company

The Operations Coordinator is in charge of organizing and synchronizing the activities of various crews and departments within a company. The ability to quickly and independently process ideas and implement changes is an invaluable attribute for this role.

Duties & Responibilities
- Coordination of charter aircraft, both domestic and international, including: providing accurate detailed quotations,scheduleing (crew and aircraft), flight logistics, monitor usage and improve utilization.
- Establish oneself as an approachable and self-confident individual who will be inclusive with and available to staff and clients.
- Be attentive and responsive to issues by establishing oneself as an involved, hands-on, problem-solving individual.
- Excellent understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations.

Qualifications / Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in the industry
- Flight Coordination experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Shows integrity, ingenuity and assertiveness in the performance of tasks
- Able to obtain Transport Canada security clearance
