Job Description:
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be involved in the coordination of  pre-trip and post-trip operations on the ground at the Vancouver South Terminal airport as well as at the West Coast Resorts Head Office in Richmond, BC. The focus of this position is to ensure appropriate customer service and guest
relations, as well as to maintain an orderly system for dealing with guests, product (fish) and any issues or guest concerns related to their travel to and from the lodges.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school graduation; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Experience working in an office environment is an asset.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• MS Office experience and proficiency with most office equipment.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Ability to take initiative to solve any potential problems before they occur.
• Ability to maintain exemplary customer service at all times.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualify for a security clearance check by RCMP and CSIS.
• Ability to do moderate lifting.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and longer days on Wednesdays and Sundays (from approximately 6am to 5pm).
• Must be comfortable with flying.
• Must have reliable vehicle to get to and from the office and airport (South Terminal, Richmond).
