SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Program Management, the overall management of the Shuttle Program.
• Working with all key stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure smooth operation of the program deliverables including but not limited to: negotiating contracts; establishing operating procedures; communication with students, parents, person accompanying, vendor companies and the client.
• Book, prepare and set-up all scheduled flights for a specific program.
• Set up all related travel arrangements relating to these flights such as special ground transportation requirements.
• Oversee all flight activity whether day, evening or weekends.
• Work in close collaboration with OCC to ensure proper flight following procedures for all flights.
• Prepare flights as per established in company SOP’s and following the COM.
• Prepare the required documentation and track the flights for billing purposes.
• Address customer service inquiries by phone and e-mail within a short response time.
• Plans and implements strategic initiatives to enhance the sales offering based on input from customers.
• Works to maintain strong on-going relationships with key customers to allow for repeat business.
• Works with Client Services to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly responding to issues and questions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in flight coordination and charter sales;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation industry;
- Program management experience is required;
- Experience working with special needs students;
- Experience working with the Ontario Government and the provincial education system;
- Proficiency with FOS, Flight Explorer, MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Ability to take initiative, to make decisions and work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while meeting tight deadlines;
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and superior communication skills, both written / verbal;
- Strong commitment to provide the best customer service in the industry;
- Strong team player with strong organizational skills;
- Flexible work schedule with shifts including evenings and weekends;
- Travel will be required; working off-site up to 50% of the time;
- Bilingual (French and English) considered an asset;
- Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish well;

• Post-secondary education in aviation management or a related field an asset.
