Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Purchaser to work with our Team to support expanded conversion and manufacturing requirements. Experience in Aviation is required.
A background in Procurement, Materials Management or Purchasing together with a degree or certificate in Business Administration, Materials Management, Engineering or a related discipline with at least five years of previous purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Strong organizational, planning, research and negotiating skills are required.
Other key attributes include:
• Proven ability to coordinate projects to successful completion
• Strong collaboration and team building skills.
• Ideally, able to read, engineering drawings and blueprints
• Outstanding communication (oral/written) skills required.
• Ability to communicate very effectively.
• Ability to make presentations.
• Must be proficient in MS Office (including, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
