Key responsibilities include:

Acting

calendars, including scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments

Managing
email and regular mail

Preparing
correspondence, reports, presentations and spreadsheets

Making
travel arrangements

executives apprised of deadlines and action items

Providing
relevant material prior to all meetings

Coordinating
and assembling relevant information for Board and executive meetings
·
Ensuring
documents for signature are processed in a timely manner
·
Maintaining
files
·
Administering
various financial functions (e.g., monthly budget forecasts, invoices, expense
claims and purchase orders)
·
Minimum
of 5 years’ demonstrated administrative support experience at the executive
level
·
Strong
organizational skills with an attention to detail
·
Demonstrated
ability to prioritize in a changing environment
·
Proven
ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion
·
Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills
·
Adept
at problem solving, using initiative and good judgment
·
Ability
to deal with various stakeholders ranging from colleagues and business partners,
Board members and government officials

Solid
MS Office skills in order to prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and
presentations, as well as, manage a large volume of email
·
Team
player with a willingness to assist other Executive Assistants during peak
periods, as well as, cover for them during absences
