We are currently seeking a customer service agent for our downtown Vancouver location. This is a part time position, including some weekends.
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
-excellent customer service skills
-must speak fluent English and have excellent oral and written communication skills
-must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure, while maintaining professionalism
-knowledge of MS Office and Excel
-flexibility with hours
-have an outgoing and friendly manner
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-telephone reception and taking flight reservations
-cash/credit card transactions and completing daily cash reports
-greeting and checking in passengers, as well as boarding announcements
-weighing, lifting and tagging baggage
-calculating weight and balance load sheets for aircraft
-processing customer enquiries via email, telephone or in person
-conduct radio communication effectively with the pilots and aircraft
-distributing company tour brochures and co-ordinating tour reservations
Compensation: $15.00/hour
