The Technical Records Administrator will work under
the direction of the Technical Records Supervisor and will be responsible for
the accurate update of aircraft and component records in both a hard copy &
electronic format.
Responsibilities

Ensure the timely and accurate input of aircraft
component changes and inspections are entered into the computer system
·
Verify aircraft hours, landing and engine cycle on
log pages for accuracy prior to loading· Advise maintenance of any discrepancies found in the TSN/TSO of component airworthiness limitations and maintenance requirements on the company aircraft
· File log pages, work orders and component historical records.
· Maintain and update the filing system and add any new files as needed
· Update and data entry of component historical records in the computer system and component history files for TBO and life limited components received in stores
· Check aircraft hours, landings and engine cycles on log pages for accuracy. Advise base of any discrepancies
· International travel may be required.
· May perform other duties as assigned
