Job Description:
Carry out all duties relating to the providing of services for customers travelling on Sky Regional Airlines and as directed by Lead Customer Service Agents and Managers, Airports and Operations Control.
Core Responsibilities:
- Carry out all duties and activities related to the servicing of customers of Sky Regional Airlines and Air Canada Express including by not limited to: Checkin, Gate Control, Arrivals, Baggage, Cabin Grooming, Wheelchair handling, customer greeting both landside and island side, announcements (bilingual) and all other duties as assigned by the Lead Customer Service Agent or Manager, Airports and Operations Control.
- Ensure company bulletins, directives and information circulars are reviewed and understood.
- Work as a strong team player and provide feedback on any issues or concerns.
- Treat all customers with respect in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of both Sky Regional Airlines and Air Canada Express.
