Harbour Air Seaplanes is the largest seaplane company in the world – and we’re growing fast! We are looking for an energetic individual responsible for ground operation support, to add to our CXH, dock crew department.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Always conduct themselves in a professional manner, (including communication over the radio)
• Work with management in the training and development of new team personnel
• Must be detail-orientated, self-motivated, and set the pace for their crew (staying later when necessary to complete priority tasks)
• Work in conjunction with management in achieving department and company objectives
• Able to motivate, plan and prioritize the daily tasks
• Communicate relevant information of the days events to the DOC Manager, or where applicable to the Dock Operations Supervisors at your base

Skills Required
• Able to multi-task and prioritize assignments
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with a wide range of personalities
• Flexible, team-oriented, and reliable
• Demonstrate a proven ability to be a self-motivator and motivate others
• Good organizational skills and work well in a team environment
