Job Description:
• Support Director of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, and other members of Management in the day-to-day operations
• Maintain pilots documents and training records
• Formatting, submitting, distributing, and tracking Company manual amendments
• Coordinating pilot training, including simulator booking
• Air Crew exam invigilator
• Regulatory and Safety Documentation management
• Maintaining Flight Operations Library subscriptions
• Tracking and updating aircraft on-board libraries
• Flight Operations Memo distribution and tracking
• Coordinate ferry flights and test flights
• Crew rotation management, scheduling, and verification
• Any other duties as required
Requirements
• Aviation Management Diploma/Degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Advanced experience working with computer-based programs
• Experience in maintaining accurate records
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Well-developed interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Team player
