The Webster Memorial Trophy Competition has been in existence since 1932 and taking in to account periods where it was suspended due to various reasons, it has certainly produced an amazing number of finalists over that long span of time. to see an impressive list of winners and runner-ups who had pilot careers with the Webster Memorial Trophy sponsor, Air Canada check out the website by clicking on the 2013 poster (left). One of those winners, Gordon R. McGregor, even went on to become president of the company when it was known as Trans Canada Airlines!
