Seaplane Pilot  -  Port Hardy
 The primary function of the Seaplane Pilot is to be responsible for the operations of the aircraft and for the safety of all persons aboard Pacific Coastal aircraft during flight time.
The Seaplane Pilot is responsible for upholding the Vision and Values of the Company by delivering exceptional service in their area of responsibility.  Our pilots are the ambassadors of our Company therefore every interaction with the public, our passengers and employees is one of the most important facets of this position.
This position is located in Port Hardy and will fly the fleet of Beaver seaplanes in compliance with the Company Operations Manual, Safety Management Systems, and Canadian Aviation Regulations.
Skills, knowledge and abilities:
• Promotes Pacific Coastal by providing excellent customer service
• Actively participates in the Company Safety Management System
• Follows all company operations procedural policies
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of employees within the company as well as external business relationships


Requirements & Qualifications:
• Must hold a CPL with Float Rating 
• Must have 1500 hours Total Time 
• Must have 1000 hours Float Time 
• Must meet all the health requirements as stipulated by Transport Canada
• Shift work and travel are required
• Ability to be a leader in a team environment
Preference will be given to candidates with;
• West Coast Float experience
• Multi Engine Rating and experience
