Job Purpose: To coordinate all marketing and sales efforts as directed by the VP of Sales. To work as a member of the Sales team in reaching targets and objectives as set by the VP of Sales.



Job Duties

• Complete all contract development upon request
• Prepare proposals as requested
• Manage all marketing efforts as directed
• Maintain and manage corporate website
• Manage CEO's travel and appointment schedule
• Complete Flight Time calculations
• Produce quotes for clients as required
• Assist Executive team with any administrative duties as required
• Create and develop marketing initiatives with VP of Sales
• Other tasks as requested

Qualifications

• Paralegal and marketing experience preferred
• Website management and creation experience an asset
• Superior Microsoft office skills
• Aviation experience considered an asset
• A minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable position
• Attention to detail is a must
