Job Purpose
Responsible for overseeing direction of a variety of aircraft ground handling services. Including, but not limited to ramp, baggage, cabin cleaning services, GSE maintenance, and facilities maintenance located at Calgary, Edmonton and Fort St. John.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Determine and maintain the appropriate amount of personnel and equipment necessary to fulfill these requirements.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations.
- Be responsible for insuring compliance with established company safety policies and procedures.
- Supervise the preventative and break down maintenance on North Cariboo ground equipment. 
- Ramp personnel training.
- Develop and maintain Ramp procedures and protocols
- Liaise with third party ground handlers and service providers.
- Actively supports the company Safety Management System by participating in the program.
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Training
- Thorough knowledge base of budgetary and financial responsibilities.
- Supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Ramp procedures and best practices

Salary: As per North Cariboo Air Payscale
