The Revenue Analyst is required to perform an array of administrative and analyst duties for the Revenue Manager, at Hawkair Aviation.
Responsibilities include maximize total revenue by implementing scheduling, distribution, pricing and revenue management strategies to leverage the strengths of Hawkair’s business model. Work with team members to monitor, evaluate and adjust these strategies to ensure revenue is being maximized. The person to fill this position must have a mathematic/economic background and strong computer skills. Other duties shall be assigned as necessary.
Position Criteria:
•Reports to Revenue Manager•Analyze data
•Balance pricing and distribution strategy
•Coordinate pricing, scheduling, distribution, marketing, and other route variables to ensure maximum revenue
•Prepare reports, background documentation, research and present findings/recommendations
•Management of revenue, fares and scheduling distribution through various distribution and communication channels
•Analyze reports and evaluate areas of concern or opportunities to make quick decisions to improve revenue performance
•Utilize information systems to gather, store and distribute assigned information within the company
•Promote a culture of safety
•Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
•Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives and visitors at all times.
Prerequisites:
•Business Technology Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree required, or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible experience
•A Solid mathematic/economic background is required
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite required
•Knowledge of the airline industry and airline economics preferred
•Experience with Intelisys Aviation Amelia product suite and/or Sabre Reservations applications preferred
•Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
•High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning and discretion
•Professional communication skills both written and verbal
•Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential.
