We are currently seeking a Jetdesk Specialist to support our growing fleet located at the Edmonton International Airport (YEG).
This position functions as the hub between our corporate clients and flight operations. Duties include:
• Pre-trip: gather details of client request and translating that request into flight operation scheduling and technical requirements.
• Trip Planning: develop flight manifest, work with operational departments to minimize scheduling conflicts, finalize details to satisfy client request and communicate details to client(s).
• Post Trip: Complete billing forms and conduct post-trip audit to enhance future successes.
• Provide exemplary customer service to both our corporate clients and internal customers.
Requirements for this position:
• Effective communication and listening skills combined with
• High level of interpersonal effectiveness.
• Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement travel details that are effective for our clients and satisfy the parameters of Flight Operation.
• 2 years of related experience
• Flight Dispatch certification or pilot training an asset.
• Must have strong project management skills
