Sunwing Aviation is currently recruiting an InFlight Product Coordinator (15 Month Contract) for the Toronto base

Responsibilities
• Assist Non Tech Buyer with the purchasing and inventory controls of all non-tech products for the Inflight Department
• Assist with shipping arrangement for Inflight Product
• Review the Cabin Crew Flight Reports on a daily basis to monitor quality assurance, action as needed and follow up with Cabin Crew and kitchens
• Visit local kitchen to spot check quality of products
• Attend meetings for crew meal selections
• Ensure all Entertainment/Commercial videos are onboard aircraft, and information issued to all Cabin Crew
• Reconciliation of all InFlight Product invoices
• Track all Duty Free issues and work with concessionaire to resolve all
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Excellent computer skills (Work, Excel, MSOffice)
• May be required to travel
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Must be a team player
• InFlight experience a definite asset
