Reporting to the Director, Flight Coordination, the Manager, Client Solutions is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the Jetdesk Department.
Primary Duties Include:
• Oversee Jetdesk Operations, which includes staff scheduling and performance management.
• Developing and delivery of training that positions staff for success.
• Client relationships and service recovery
• Fuel Contract Administration
• International Handler Contract Administration
• Review Trip Packs / Prepare for Billing
Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 5 years of aviation operations experience;
• Minimum 3 years managerial experience;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report preparation and the ability to make effective presentations.
