Enerjet is hiring for the position of Flight Operations Coordinator

Role: Coordinator
Title: Flight Operations Coordinator
Reports to: Manager – Training & Standards

Responsibilities:
• Review and file (within our crew tracking system) training records, medicals, licenses, passports, etc
• Assist in planning upcoming simulator sessions (locations, dates, times), including liaising with OST
• Book and secure simulator sessions, including liaising with simulator suppliers
• Assist in booking travel and hotels for simulator sessions, including liaising with hotels, airlines and car rental agencies
• Review and confirm simulator billing, including liaising with Finance department
• Assist and track TSA applications, liaise with simulator providers and TSA
• Assist in planning upcoming ground school and CRM sessions, including liaising with OST
• Secure space for ground school sessions
• Assist with on-boarding new hires, including liaising with HR
• Provide administrative assistance with amendments of the Pilot Training Manual, Flight Ops Manual, Company Ops Manual, Aircraft Flight Manual and MEL.
• Liaise with OST for Line Indoc training schedule
• Liaise with OST to book Line Checks
• Assist with ordering and tracking weight and balance books
• Conduct monthly flight deck audits
• Maintain aircraft onboard library’s
• Other duties as assigned


Candidacy:
• Current Enerjet Employees
• External candidates with an Flight Ops background

Qualities:
• Detail oriented
• Motivated self-starter
• Strong listening and written/verbal communication skills
• Organized 
• Team player

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 18 years of age 
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Clean criminal record
• Thorough understanding of CARS and CASS regulations including a thorough understanding of flight duty times
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain and hold a Transport Canada RAIC
• Previous Flight Operations experience

Compensation Guidelines:
Pay Band FltOps-3
Hourly Rate/Salary Range $39,520.00 - $47,840.00
Benefits Waiting Period Three (3) months unless internal transfer
