POSITION: InFlight Administration Assistant (Seasonal Contract)
DEPARTMENT: InFlight
LOCATION: Toronto
START DATE: September 2nd, 2014 – April 30th, 2015
Responsibilities:
• Assist with all administrative duties in the InFlight Department, including filing, general office work, processing email requests and queries
• Generate reports; draft and type correspondence and other documents as necessary for the Inflight Department
• Organization of incoming and outgoing paperwork
• Update and maintain computer information and files
• Assist InFlight Supervisors as required
• Work with InFlight Product Purchasing to reconcile all invoices
• Other duties as required
Qualifications:
• Previous Inflight experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Mail Merge, MSOffice)
• Must be organized and detailed oriented
• Must be a team player
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
