We are looking for could be called one of many things in the Domestic Retail Market: MMT Supervisor, Replenishment Supervisor or Merchandise Presentation Supervisor are but a few that might be considered to describe this opportunity.
We call it a Terminal Delivery Team Supervisor.
You would be responsible for managing the daily replenishment process from delivery of our product into the terminal, to having it ready for purchase from our traveling customers. In addition to this daily task you will also assist and deliver on promotional changeovers, repositioning products, fixtures, and visual displays and manage back-of-house operational spaces within the international terminal whilst support the overall business through effective back-of-house operations.
As a Supervisor in the business you will also recruit, motivate, develop, schedule and coach your own support team with assistance from your line manager (Store Operations Manager) which consists of approx. 20-22 team members rotating across a 7 day period
You would report into the Store Operations Manager who will be able to work with you 1-on-1 on a frequent basis.
To succeed in the role you will require good time management, delegation and planning skills.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- 1 -- 2 years team leadership experience within retail/service industry experience in a large retail or grocery environment is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office based applications
- Ability to work flexible hours / shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays. Able to work overtime hours when necessary.
- Good organizational skills, self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Want to work as part of a greater management team
