Job Description
Under general supervision, the Crew Scheduler will perform the following duties:
- Ensure full crew complement on all flights.
- Replace and/or displace crewmembers as required.
- Monitor crew check-in.
- Staff appropriately for IROPS and charters.
- Book deadhead seats, hotels and taxis for flight crews.
- Complete, maintain and distribute all appropriate paper work.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cope with stress and time constraints. Above average time management skills for prioritizing workload. Computer literate. Must be able to work shifts. Knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations and previous experience with staffing and scheduling would be assets.
