Pacific Coastal Airlines has an exciting opportunity in the role of Manager, Employee Services at Richmond’s South Terminal Airport. The Manager, Employee Services is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the operations of Human Resources and Benefits in the Company.
To succeed, candidates must have strong technical skills related to Human Resources practices as well as computer software. They must be comfortable balancing multiple priorities to ensure they fit the Company’s business needs, while continuing to engage, empower and inspire the employee group as a whole.
