SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for all United Airlines financial reports that are required for the station. S/he will work closely with the General Manager and other staff members to ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place. This position will report to the General Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Generate daily sales summary report. • Consolidate agents sales information. • Reconcile cash deposits to daily sales. • Maintain accurate monthly cash over/short log. • Oversee the weekly and quarterly accountable and controllable document inventories. • Generate daily summary of Customer Service Vouchers (CSV) and Electronic Travel Certificate (ETC) and OVersales (OVS) reports. • Ensure proper documentation is collected as appropriate for OVS, ETC’s and CSV’s. • Maintain log of agent errors. • Complete weekly baggage waiver audits. • Provide monthly updates to the Electronic Document Management System (eDMS) and eAccounting (eAC) etc, as assigned. • Provide general oversight to all areas of financial controls. Requirements Exigences MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must have a minimum of 2 years of previous airline experience in a customer service role or similar related financial control administrator position • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must be able to obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive check of your last 5 years of employment, criminal record and residence history. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Previous United Airlines experience in customer service for similar role is a plus. • Understand and have knowledge of the customer service function and how it relates to auditing • Experience with investigating, researching, and resolving station financial discrepancies • Ability to work independently with little supervision – a self-starter. • Excellent interpersonal and written skills required. • Good computer skills. • Excellent organizational skills and a keen ability to adapt to routine change. • Must be a creative and able to adapt to a dynamic environment. COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel and Word. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and may have to walk long distance between the gate, ticket counter and office area.
