Avmax has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative within Component Shop division.
Reporting to the Component Shop Manager specific duties include:
• Customer service: coordinate service calls when needed / respond to any administrative request by customer.
• Produce a weekly report of all outstanding work filtered by each tech for the Component Shop.
• Email or fax all quotes to customers for approval.
• Review past due quotes and make contact with customers in regard to getting the work approved.
• Work with customer to resolve any issues brought forth.
• Look after exchanges needed by customers.
• Send out customer reports.
• Follow up on parts needed to complete the job.
• Open, close and track Work Orders.
• Create quotes for Work Orders.
• Create and track Repair Orders.
• Daily collection, verification and processing of time cards from the previous day.
• Work with the payroll department to ensure accurate submission of all time cards and time off requests; adhere to strict deadlines.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry within Quantum.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Communication - both verbal and written English language.
• Shows exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Experience:
• Minimum three years administration experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Quantum experience is considered an asset.
• Aviation experience is considered an asset.
