Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for all aspects of Customer Care at the airport
  • Responsible for passenger check-in at airport counter
  • Responsible for flight departure and arrival procedures
  • Responsible for office administration duties
  • Other duties as required by Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to lift heavy baggage
