EXPERIENCE IN A CSR ROLE IN AN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT IS MANDATORY
Position: As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Rep who will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns & requests. This role reports to the Office Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire CS process to ensure all shipments are complete and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Perform customer verifications
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Update forms & reports
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers' accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
Requirements:
- Grade 12 graduation
- Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience AND Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Good analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
Hours and Location:
- Monday to Friday 07:00 – 15:30
- Location: Delta (near Boundary Bay Airport), BC
Starting salary: $35,000 annually
