Reports To: Manager, Schedules Services Training & Standards Posting: Internal & External Competition No: 88-AP2015
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer service training needs to ensure exceptional customer service is provided in a consistent manner at all airports served by Canadian North
- Assist in development of training programs and curriculums to address training requirements
- Present technical information in a classroom environment
- Facilitate training workshops where student participation is the primary focus
- Make recommendations to the Customer Service Training Supervisor when additional tools, resources and training may be required to provide superior customer service Conduct evaluations to ensure Canadian North’s policies and procedures are consistent manner throughout the system
- Travel to other bases will be required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Proven interpersonal skills in dealing with both the external and internal customers Expert level of proficiency in all Sabre functions Organizational and time management skills Ability to manage projects from beginning to end A high degree of self motivation and commitment to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Strong ability to motivate employees to learn and apply skills Two to three years of Customer Service experience Experience in mentor/trainer role considered an asset
