New Posting - Pacific Coastal Airlines

Pacific Coastal Airlines has an opportunity for a Fueller/Cargo and Ramp Agent to join our team in Port Hardy. This role reports to the Ground Operations Manager and is responsible for providing outstanding service to our employees and customers. All Pacific Coastal Airlines employees are expected to embody our motto of "People Friendly, People First".

On the Ramp as well as in the Cargo bay and while fueling, our Ramp / Cargo / Fuel Agent is responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are treated with a high degree of customer satisfaction, as well as ensuring that customer's possessions are treated with care and concern. They are part of a team who works in conjunction with crew members, ground agents to escort and board passengers, maintain baggage accuracy as well as safety to ensure on time performance and customer service are at a premium. They are our safety and service professionals entrusted with safety, security and service excellence.

Qualifications:

•Preference will be given to applicants holding a valid class 5 driver's license with Air Brakes endorsement but we are willing to train

•Must provide drivers abstract

•Strong written and oral communication skills

•Proficient data entry and basic math skills

•Completes tasks in an efficient and accurate manner

•Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and able to assist passengers in and out of aircraft as required

•Ability to work outdoors during inclement weather conditions

•Must be flexible to work any shift that is assigned including weekends

•Experience in customer service

•Must be able to obtain and maintain designated security clearance

•Ensure the safety, security and comfort of all customers

•Follows and enforces standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with Pacific Coastal Airlines and regulatory requirements

Customer Service:

•Deliver service standards in accordance with Pacific Coastal Airlines philosophy

•Greet and engage customers on the ground

•Carry oneself in a professional manner
