Pacific Coastal Airlines is currently recruiting a Customer Service Agent and Unlicensed Dispatcher
Profile

The successful candidate is also expected to provide service excellence to our internal passengers and staff.
There will be two key job components in this role; one is a Customer Service Agent and the second is an Unlicensed Dispatcher.
The Pacific Coastal Unlicensed Dispatcher is responsible to manage flight crew records, communicate effectively with all departments with regards to planning and schedule changes, issue charter quotes as requested, complete all daily paperwork including pilot duty times, aircraft landings and pilot payroll.
Behind the check in counter, our Customer Service Agents (CSAs) are responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are treated with a high degree of customer satisfaction and that customer possessions are treated with care and concern. CSAs are part of a team that works in conjunction with crew members and ground agents to escort and board passengers, maintain baggage accuracy and safety. CSAs ensure on time performance and customer service are at a premium. They are our safety and service professionals entrusted with safety, security and service excellence.
- 2 - 5 years within in a corporate administrative capacity
- Familiarity with and/or ability to liaise with aviation regulators and facilities- ie: Transport Canada, Flight Safety International, Transportation Safety Administration (TSA)
- Strong computing skills; MS Office (Word and Excel), database and programming management
- Experience in record keeping, tracking, planning, budget planning, program development, and scheduling
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Experience with regulated manuals in regards to procedural document structuring, content development and control
Qualifications for Customer Service Agent:
- Experience in customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in an ever changing environment
- Complete tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and able to assist passengers in and out of aircraft as required
- Able to work outdoors during inclement weather conditions
- Flexibility to work any shift that is assigned; including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to obtain and maintain designated security clearance
- Ensure the safety, security and comfort of all customers
- Able to follow and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with Pacific Coastal Airlines and regulatory requirements
