Operations Control Centre Manager

Responsible for managing daily planning and staffing coverage in accordance with company directives and CBA compliance. Job Responsibilities  Maintain applicable safety and quality standards Maintain applicable software, AE, ESD, RTC, FSC, for scheduling purposes Supervise/control staff assignment, reporting and absences and shift coverage Control of staff overtime and compensation Personal presence during the daily operation Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities Solve any conflicts and irregularities, and take appropriate action Responsible for managing all daily staffing assignment activities Take disciplinary action as required Ensure all employees comply with company rules and airport authority requirements Conduct daily operational and safety briefings with direct reports Attend internal meetings All other duties as assigned Qualifications & Competencies  Ramp supervisory /OCC Coordinator experience an asset  Effective manpower planning  Effective communications skills  Strong computer and administrative skills  Knowledge of AE, ESD, RTC and FSC programs  Ability to motivate team  Ability to communicate with all levels of management  Must work weekends, holidays, and various hours to ensure coverage of all shifts – 24 hour operation  Effective with resolving conflicts  Ability to work under pressure  Customer focus and quality awareness  Must have valid G2 Drivers Licence  Ability to obtain and maintain AVOP/DA  Must be able to obtain and maintain Transport Canada Security background check  Profile  Leadership skills Ability to work under pressure Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays Equal Employment Opportunity Statement  Swissport as an equal opportunity employer bases its hiring decisions on the business need and the best qualified candidates available, and does not discriminate in its employment decisions on the basis of any protected category.
