Adventure Centre Agents are outgoing and personable, and eager to take customer service to a higher level while balancing multiple priorities. With a strong work ethic, and the ability to contribute to a team environment, the successful applicant excels at providing friendly, professional and efficient service to each of our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greeting customers
• Assisting customers with bike and scooter rentals and taking payments
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Basic equipment maintenance, cleaning and repairs
• General damage assessment and other duties as required

• Superior customer service skills – willing to take service to a higher level
• Proven ability to be an effective member of a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast paced environment
• Experience fixing bikes is an asset
• Knowledge of bikes and ability to fit customers with specific bikes
• Must love bikes and cycling
• Ability to work flexible schedules including: evenings, weekends, and holidays
COMPENSATION:
• $13 p/hour
• Proven ability to be an effective member of a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast paced environment
