Thanks to BCAC Volunteers

Travis, Bryan, Ashley and Dylan - Koffee Klutch volunteers
Each year the BC Aviation Counsel sponsors up to a dozen scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 to support students with a passion for aviation – from airport operations to flight instructing. These scholarships recognize outstanding academic achievements, community service, and leadership demonstrated by aspiring aviation students.

The scholarships are funded by the BC Aviation Council through private donations and aviation industry fundraisers held throughout the year.  Aviation Operations students Travis Wong (Flight Operations Class 15), Bryan Lim (Airport Operations Class 21), Ashley Pelletier (Airport Operations Class 21), and Dylan Reid (Flight Operations Class 15) volunteered to support one of the biggest annual fundraisers, the Koffee Klutch Golf Tournament, which raised almost $1,500 for the Scholarship Fund this year!  Thank you to all the golfers, and especially thank you to the volunteers for supporting another successful event.
