The Parking and Curbside Services Operations Manager is responsible to the HIAA Curbside Services Manager for supervision of staff and the overall operation of curbside services; includes supervision of the Ground TransThis position description assumes that the individual has satisfied all basic requirements for employment by G4S Secure Solutions (Canada) Ltd., including, but not limited to: security licence validation and criminal police information check as applicable (CPIC), credit reference(if applicable), background check, minimum age, and minimum education (high school diploma or foreign equivalency, or earned GED). The individual in this position is required to follow any other instructions and perform any other duties requested by this position’s management. portation Inspectors for monitoring and enforcing the provision of the Airport Car service License Agreement with licensed ACS operators and /or drivers, in addition to all activity on the Commercial Curb (including the Bus Depot) ;the Baggage Cart Collection operation and supervision of staff; Curbside Services (traffic & designated Commercial Curb) operation and supervision of staff.
The Parking and Curbside Services Operations Manager is responsible to the HIAA Parking services Manager for supervising the operation of the HIAA Park n Fly and HIAA Parkade customer services. The Parking and Curbside Services Manager is a professional with strong leadership and management skills.
The Ideal Candidate:
The incumbent must:
- Have advanced leadership/management training courses or possess the equivalent experience
- Be computer proficient
- Have good communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
- Be qualified in emergency first aid
- Pass on-site security training program
- Have a valid Nova Scotia driver’s licence
- Have a Transport Canada Security Clearance
- Required to complete a course on Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations and the associated Canadian Transportation Agency’s code of practices
