New Posting - Pacific Flying Club

The Pacific Flying Club is currently recruiting a new position – Business Manager

The Club’s Chief Financial Officer has been with the Club 25 years and is planning to retire from full time within 1 year and move to part time two days per week.  She currently handles relationship management, budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, financial reporting and all paperwork associated with BCIT, dispatch supervision, HR, provincial regulatory reporting and student tracking.  Approximately 40% of her position is high level and 60% is what she would term as more task oriented.  Her position has demanded a lot of desk work and administrative oversight and management as well as chasing others in the organization to keep the school running smoothly from an operational and regulatory standpoint.
