PAL Aviation Services is currently seeking a FBO Operations Manager to be permanently located at our base in Halifax, NS. As the FBO Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of all YHZ FBO Activity. You will evaluate and improve the FBO through the direct control of budgetary items while maintaining superior performance. You will provide direction and leadership to supervisors and staff of the FBO. In this role, you will measure the level of customer satisfaction using customer feedback to develop and improve upon capabilities and processes. You will also implement goals and standards to ensure continual client satisfaction. Qualifications Knowledge of FBO operations policies, procedures and standards; Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced operational environment; Demonstrated management/leadership abilities, including training, team building and administration; Related work experience in aviation, in particular, Fixed Based Operations; Ability to build a strong front line team focused on productivity while enhancing employee and customer satisfaction; Proven reputation of relationship building with both internal and external customers; Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products; Must possess proven problem solving skills; Ability to organize and plan effectively for the timely completion of assigned tasks.
