Reporting to the Manager, Business Development Consulting, the incumbent will assist the Consulting team in business development and marketing activities for airports, airlines and civil aviation organizations. Responsibilities Assist the Manager, Business Development with the preparation of proposals and Expressions of Interest (EoI). Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager, Marketing, assist in marketing IATA Consulting and contribute in the development of project sheets, expert CVs, presentations and other marketing collateral. Other duties include: Monitor industry business development subscription-based tender websites and proactively aim to be on airport, civil aviation, cargo and airline preferred vendor lists; Monitor industry news to identify potential business leads; Update regularly the Business Development Report as to the status of Consulting EoIs and proposals under consideration by existing or potential clients; Other related duties as required by the Manager, Business Development, Consulting. Qualifications and Skills University degree in Aviation; Aviation work experience/internship is a must; Interest in consulting business is a plus; Very organized, accurate and business-oriented; Quick learner and resourceful; Excellent PC skills, particularly with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel); Fluent in both written and spoken English and French. Other languages a plus; Willing to sometimes work flexible hours (will be planned in advance); International experience (travel, studies) is a plus.
