Customer Service Representative
Jetport - Hamilton, ON
Part-time
Function: Reporting to the FBO Manager; the part time CSR is responsible for greeting and fulfilling the needs of Jetport’s aviation customers. The part time CSR also keeps busy monitoring flight activity and completing daily invoicing.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Public relations and performing administrative duties necessary for efficient operations, which include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Answering phone calls in a priority order, as well as directing them accordingly
  • Replying to email requests in a professional and timely fashion
  • Evaluating customers’ needs and fully selling all Jetport services
  • Organizing accommodations, transportation and catering requests
  • Processing customer purchases of services and fuel transactions correctly
  • Ensuring that documentation, receipts, transactions, invoicing etc. are accurately completed
  • Receiving and signing for all incoming mail and packages and distributing them to the proper departments
  • Working collaboratively with Line Crew, coordinating aircraft movements and ground services.
  • Maintaining commissary inventory levels and purchase stock when needed.
  • Duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in computer operations (internet, emails, Microsoft programs, typing)
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with all levels of staff and clientele
  • Valid G driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
  • Customer service and team oriented
