Alumni Update

We are so pleased to hear about the wonderful successes of our Aviation Operations alumni.  Most recently we've learned that Ellie Huey (Airport Operations Class 20) has received a promotion to Call Centre Officer! Ellie will still be a full-time OCA with added responsibilities such as developing training modules, creating metrics for indexing job expectations, developing quality assurance programs, drafting new Standard Operating Procedures and leading incentive programs.  In addition, she will begin an Associate in Science in Aviation Business Administration with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. 

In addition, Monty Badyal and Fiona Joyce (Airport Operations Class 15) have both recently been promoted to OCA Supervisor with Marquise at YVR!
