Your new role
As the Airport Operations Agent, you are responsible for responding to internal and external customer needs. You will support the operations and airport security, resource allocation, facilitate and execute airport operating plans, record & monitor daily operational activities, monitor radio channels, phone lines, access control systems, and update status logs while providing safe and reliable services to all major stakeholders.

Your new role
As the Airport Operations Agent, you are responsible for responding to internal and external customer needs. You will support the operations and airport security, resource allocation, facilitate and execute airport operating plans, record & monitor daily operational activities, monitor radio channels, phone lines, access control systems, and update status logs while providing safe and reliable services to all major stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be at least 18 years of age, and available to work all rotating shifts, possess a high school diploma and valid driver’s license, at least 1 - 2 years of customer service and airline/airport, operations, transportation or logistics experience. You are a customer-service focused professional. Your creative problem solving skills, with great organisational and interpersonal skills will enable you succeed in this role. You are able to multi-task, your well-developed written & oral communication skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role. You must be able to obtain & retain a Transportation Security Clearance.
