Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Manager, Concessions Development, the Concessions Development Specialist is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of the concessions program with the goal of stimulating concessions revenue while providing services to passengers. Major responsibilities include assisting with attracting potential concession partners, managing agreements and establishing strong business relationships with our partners. Qualifications

POSITION SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage the Interested parties’ database while attracting potential concession partners and evaluate new business proposals, providing recommendations to management
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing
partners at various levels
Coordination of concession agreements to fully understand landlord/tenant rights and obligations
Lead the coordination of development/construction projects while acting as tenant liaison
Review financials including variance reports, aging summaries and produce annual budget forecasts
Conduct research and analyze trends
Create and execute RFP documents for concessions portfolio
Lead the advertising portfolio, including new product implementations and approval processes
Assisting with the execution of the concessions master plan strategy under the direction
of the Manager, Concessions Development

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of a technical diploma or university degree in the field of property management, real estate, business administration or an equivalent field
2 years+ experience in project coordination with a focus on commercial real estate is considered an asset
Intermediate experience administering, managing and
understanding legal agreements
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects,
prioritize activities, develop plans and meet deadlines
Ability to read drawings and blueprints is considered an asset

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Ability to analyze business trends and communicate results and recommendations

Team oriented with a history of being a self-starter and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate airport security clearance is required
