Ramp, Suit and Baggage Agent Position Type : Contractual Location : Halifax, Nova Scotia  Canadian Helicopters has been a leader in the helicopter transportation services market for over six decades. It is known for providing the highest standards of service and maintaining safe operations. Description:  To ensure the safe and efficient management of ramp operations and complete subsequent duties as assigned in support of daily base flight operations. Qualifications:   Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service of offshore helicopter operation an asset;  Ability to lift to 30 kg and complete repetitive manual labour;  Fork lift and utility tractor experience;  Experience as an airport Baggage, Security, Ramp Attendant an asset;  Security screening experience (both baggage and personnel screening) an asset;  Air side ramp operation experience – Aircraft, passengers, marshalling, etc. an asset;  Positive attitude & ability to work with passengers;  Customer service orientated;  Experience & ability working flexible hours and shift work. The position requires:   Security screening and ability to obtain an HIAA RAIC pass;  Have the ability to work within a group environment;  First Aid capable.
