Service Delivery Manager
Airfield Access -
This role is for an individual who has a sense of urgency when responding to client concerns, is a problem solver and can lead, manage and motivate people.
Objective
The operations manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business throughout Pearson International airport.

Expectations
  • Management duties will be performed as required and include management participation during days, evening and weekends.
  • Actively seek out opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Hires new contractors and employees.
  • Ensures health and safety program is being maintained.

Duties
Reporting;
  • Reports directly to the President.
  • Submits monthly summary reports.
  • Tracks Sales through adhering to company process.

Human Resources;
  • Required to ensure all staff have appropriate clearances as required.
  • Required to administer the on-boarding program for contractors.

Contracts;
  • Develops quotes and assists in developing responses to contract requests.
  • Resolves Client issues and tracks performance.

Inventory;
  • Manage the RAIC’S, key card and ID program
  • Inventory management of company equipment

Responsibilities
The Service Delivery Manager(SDM) is the responsible and accountable on-site manager for all operations and service delivery at Pearson International Airport. The SDM has complete oversight of the operation and is available 24/7/365.
The SDM must ensure that each service is adequately resourced, work is being performed safely and correctly, risk and costs are mitigated, service level standards are established, met and reported; and staff are fully supported/empowered to carry out their duties in a corporate culture of safety and customer service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of management leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours
  • Strong commitment to teamwork
  • Must be able to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Must demonstrate relevant experience
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Good understanding of applicable labour laws
  • Recognized ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations and maintain flexibility
  • Ability to produce reports and audits (MS Office)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
