Analyst, Program Delivery 

About the job 
Reporting to the Manager, Program Delivery the Analyst, Program Delivery provides subject matter expertise and advice to support the delivery of CATSA’s mandated screening activities and associated programs. A key member of a small team, the Analyst, Program Delivery researches operational issues and recommends solutions that contribute to decision-making and the implementation of branch priorities. Main tasks include monitoring, researching, and synthesizing information and reporting findings to management both verbally and through formal written documents. The Analyst, Program Delivery performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented person with strong analysis and writing skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to succeed 
To qualify for the position, you must have: 
  • Graduated from a recognized college or university with a specialization in public policy, business, communication or another speciality relevant to the duties of the position;
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting projects or program implementation;
  • Strong ability to conduct research, to analyze information and to provide recommendations, both verbally and in formal written formats.
  • Language profile: English Essential

Skills and abilities 
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing; 
  • Ability to analyze and summarize complex issues clearly and concisely; 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; 
  • Client-focused with an ability to persuade, influence and build relationships; 
  • Ability to multi-task and track status of files; 
  • Ability to carry out internal consultations;
