GardaWorld is the largest provider of aviation services for the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA), offering security screening services in 28 airports across Canada.  Our officers are tasked with protecting air travelers by screening them and their belongings, while exhibiting the highest degree of vigilance in challenging circumstances. Our officers undergo rigorous specialized training up to 180 hours, both in class and on-the-job in order to acquire CATSA Screening Officer certification.

We are currently recruiting for a Manager, Program Delivery on a Full Time Permanent basis. 


As a Manager, Program Delivery, you:
  • ·         Deliver training to management and unionized staff throughout the Prairies Region
  • ·         Encourage the skills development of training specialists through Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions and ongoing oversight
  • ·         Consult on employee training, certification status and performance progress trends
  • ·         Review Quality Assurance data and advise on proactive training recommendations
  • ·         Pursue continuous improvements to skills development training
  • ·         Provide assistance with document development and control
  • ·         Support emergency response training
  • ·         Work with Regional Manager, Performance Improvement to develop programs and processes
  • ·         Support additional duties, as required

Application requirements
  • Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident status
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • No previous, non-pardoned criminal background
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role or five (5) years combined experience in training, management, and quality
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a high-pressure role using advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Transportation Security Clearance and a Secret Clearance
  • Must be willing and able to travel to any of the 14 airports throughout the Prairies Region.


This role is based in Calgary. Successful candidates who are not currently located within commuting distance of YYC Calgary International Airport must be willing to relocate within 1-2 months from date of hire.
