Line Crew/Customer Service, Victoria Flying Club

 The Victoria Flying Club is looking for a Flight Training School Line Crew/Customer Service Representative.

Customer Service/Line Crew Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating Flights with students, members and flight instructors.
  • Provide invoices and collecting payments.
  • Coordinate with maintenance/line crew for upcoming aircraft servicing.
  • Answer phone calls and emails as needed.
  • Clean/Fuel/Prepare 10 aircraft during the day.
  • Janitorial duties including COVID-19 Disinfecting, vacuuming, moping and light building maintenance.
  • Communicate with future members the training syllabus the Victoria Flying Club provides.
  • Yard duties include: lawn mowing, snow removal, brush trimming and gardening.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Aircraft operational needs.
  • Computer knowledge/Outlook/Excel/Word/Texting/emails.
  • Great Customer Service skills.
  • Multi tasking and time management.
  • Drivers Licence.

Assets:

  • Knowledge in TFBO (Total FBO) aviation billing systems.
  • Pilots Licence.
  • Radio Operators Certificate.
  • FSP (Flight Schedule Pro) member booking system.

Part-time hours: 32-40 per week

Salary: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
