Responsibilities

CAPTAIN:

  • Conduct flight operations and other duties under the direction of the Chief pilot.

  • Lead and direct the ongoing goal of getting the job done safely.

  • Shall ensure that at all times the aircraft is flown in accordance with all the regulatory requirements.

  • Work well in a team environment with the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Excellent Problem solving and Decision-making skills

  • Function well under pressure in a fast-paced demanding and challenging environment

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.

FIRST OFFICER:

  • Perform the duties assigned to them by the Captain.

  • Continually endeavor to reach the company’s standards.

  • Asses and facilitate how to improve the conduct of flight operations.

  • Ensure that they are aware of and understand all operational details such as flight planning.

  • Work well in a team environment with the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Chief pilot or Captain.

Qualifications

CAPTAIN:

  • ATPL

  • 3000hrs on fixed wing aircraft, with 1000hrs PIC

  • 1000hrs on multi-engine aircraft, with 500hrs PIC

  • 100hrs time on type, with 50hrs of PIC

  • 500hrs of mountain flying experience

FIRST OFFICER:

  • CPL

  • 1000hrs on fixed wing aircraft

  • 500hrs on multi-engine aircraft

  • 250hrs of mountain flying experience

 For either position:

  • Current Medical

  • Canadian Passport

  • Ability to obtain a RAIC pass

  • Verbal and written skills and Basic computer skills

  • Candidates must be willing relocate and be based out of Prince George, BC’s Northern Capital.

  • Experience on type, type rated, BE20, 1900, proline 21, Medevac Operations experience an asset
