The Airports Culture and Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for the development, maintenance, delivery, and record keeping of Culture and Training Programs for the Airports team.
Primary Job Functions:
- Spread the culture through video creation, station visits and team meetings, employee incentive distributions, and new incentive program idea and implementation.
- .Maintain records of all required and completed training for the following departments: Above-the-wing (ATW) and below-the-wing (BTW) airport operations, and Airport Passenger Control Centre (APC).
- Present technical information in a classroom environment
- Facilitate training workshops where student participation is a focus
- Develop various methods to solicit feedback from our employees to identify training needs at the various locations served by Flair Airlines.
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures
- Serve as Airports regulations subject matter expert
- Perform base visits to ensure compliance with Culture and SOP
- Manage report compilation for; KPI purposes, training progress reports, SOP exceptions within reservation system
- Provide airports logistical assistance (stock, supplies, systems, etc.)
- Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management System program and demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and related experience will be considered
- Proven interpersonal skills in dealing with both external and internal customers
- Strong level of proficiency in all Amelia functions, particularly check-in, reservations and ticketing
- Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A high degree of self-motivation and commitment to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong ability to motivate employees to learn and apply skills
- Two to three years of customer service experience
- Experience in an airport operational environment considered an asset
- Experience in mentor/trainer role considered an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction.
